I’m deeply connected to the color green because it reflects heart energy and healing. Green is known as a universally restorative color — associated with the heart chakra and the gentle opening of compassion, balance, and emotional flow.

In nature, green represents growth, renewal, and abundance. It carries a sense of hope, stability, and nourishment — qualities that feel deeply aligned with the work I do and the space I hold for others.

Green is also soothing and grounding. It’s the most restful color for the human eye, creating a sense of calm, safety, and ease in the body.
